Marc Urselli's art has been exhibited in major museums all around the world and his work is also in some private collections and permanent collections.

Most recently the San Diego Museum of Art prominently commissioned and featured the exhibition "Palpitations" by Marc Urselli and Mexican surrealist painter Marianela De la Hoz (on view from September 2025 to February 2026), following which the Museum acquired the central piece of this exhibit for their permanent collection.

Marc Urselli has provided his unique brand site-specific composition, sound installations and/or sound design for visual artists such as Ethiopian-American Julie Mehretu, Italian painter/multimedia artist Federico Solmi, Italian sculptor/painter Arianna Carossa, French lighting artist Laurent Fort, Chilean video artist Nicolás Rupcich, American installation artist Michelle Jaffé and more.

Marc's sound design has been featured, presented, or exhibited at the 2024 Venice Biennale in Venice, Italy, The Park Avenue Armory in New York, NY, the Modern Art Museum of Santiago de Chile, Chile, Le Son 7 Galleries in London, UK / New York, NY / Madrid, Spain / Paris, France, Villa Hanbury in Ventimiglia, Italy, the Castello della Lucertola in Apricale, Italy, the Galeria na Dziedziniec in Poznan, Poland, The New Gallery in Hudson, New York and the Governors Island Art Fair, New York.
