Marc Urselli's art has been exhibited in major museums all around the world and his work is also in some private collections and permanent collections.
Most recently the San Diego Museum of Art prominently commissioned and featured the exhibition "Palpitations" by Marc Urselli and Mexican surrealist painter Marianela De la Hoz (on view from September 2025 to February 2026),
following which the Museum acquired the central piece of this exhibit for their permanent collection.
